Clifford Raymond Oertly was the son of Otto Rudolph and Iva Elvira (Weir) Oertly. He was the husband of Yvonne B. (Holmquist) Oertly. They were married January 17, 1953. Yvonne died January 19, 2015. Cliff graduated from Johnsonburg High School - Class of 1950. He was a US Army Veteran - was a medic in Germany during the Korean Conflict. Cliff retired from Penn Tech.
