"Jean Fraley, 76, of Birchwood Lane died Saturday at home after a long illness. She was born in Fulton, Oswego County, and lived in the Capital Region for many years. She worked as a clerk at Leo's Bakery in Albany until the early 1960s. Before that, she was a chef at the former Albany Felt in Menands for 15 years. Mrs. Fraley was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church in Albany. She was the widow of William F. Fraley Sr. Survivors include a son, William F. Fraley of Albany; three daughters, Margaret F. Dwyer of Titusville, Fla., Jean A. Bragg of Selkirk and Michele J. Matteo of Schenectady; 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Philip J. Frederick Funeral Home, 16 Manning Square, Albany, and at 10:30 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, Central Avenue. Burial will be in Memory's Garden, Colonie.
