JESSIE BELLE BUTLER

A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 23, 1995, in Fuiten-Rose Chapel in Forest Grove. A reception will follow in the First Christian Church in Forest Grove, where she was a member.

Mrs. Butler died Oct. 18 at age 98.

She was born March 26, 1897, in Marysville, Kan. He maiden name was Messick.

She moved to Forest Grove in 1942 and to Hillsboro in 1991.

She married Thomas L. Butler in 1915; he died in 1970.

Survivors include her son, Thomas L. Jr. of Helvetia; sisters, Marion Bergen of Topeka, Kan., Gladys Zentz of Manhattan, Kan., and Ellen Noland of Salina, Kan.; seven grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and several great-great- and great-great-great-grandchildren.
