MCINTOSH -- Gene Shores, 70, a retired truck driver, died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2000, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
Mr. Shores was a native of Big Springs, Texas. He was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Shores, McIntosh; sons, Bobby Shores, Wooster, Ohio, Jeffery Shores, McIntosh, Ricky Shores and Dana Shores, both of Tampa; daughters, Debra Ball, Tampa and Deanna Smith, Winterville, N.C.; brother, Lane Shores, Central Valley, Calif.; sisters, Wanda Hunter, McIntosh and Annette Hall, Clovis, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
