FREDERICKSBURG, VA., Nov. 21.---Mr. John S. Chinn, a well known citizen of Stafford county, died yesterday at his home, near White Oak, in Stafford county, of typhoid fever, aged 40 years. He is survived by his widow, mother and three brothers, one of the latter being Mr. J. M. Chinn, of this city.
