Mrs. A.W. Bingham Passed Away Tuesday
The community was saddened on Tuesday, when the news was broadcast that Mrs. A.W. Bingham had passed away. A few days before, she fell from a ladder and fractured her hip. Hypostatic pneumonia developed and it was more than her frail constitution could endure.
Mrs. Bingham was a very fine character and will be greatly missed by her many friends. She was a native of Bunker Hill, Ill., aged 80 years, 4 months and 5 days. She and her husband came here about ten years ago and have made many friends.
The funeral services will be held at McArthur's funeral parlors this afternoon at 2 o'clock, and will be conducted by Rev. C.E. Polhemus of, the Union church.
The sympathy of everybody goes out to the bereaved husband.
