Mrs Emma Louise Maloy, 46, wife of Herbert W Maloy of 615 N Huntington Blvd., passed away at home early today after several months of failing health. Mrs. Maloy was born in Rhodes, Iowa, on March 21, 1911. For several years she resided in Charles City, Iowa. She had resided in Pomona since 1947.
In addition to her husband, Mrs Maloy leaves a daughter, Miss Annabelle Dvorak of San Francisco; a brother, Ollie Billmyer of Cresco, Iowa; and two sisters , Mrs Ralph Huber of Austin, Minn., and Mrs John Gauch of Baxter, Iowa.
Rosary will be recited Sunday at 8:30pm in the Gipple R Blackman Mortuary Chapel. Requiem High Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph's Catholic Church Monday at 9:30am with the Rev Thomas P English as celebrant.
Interment will be made in Holy Cross Cemetery.
