"FREESE, Raymond D., age 80, of 8-B Patrick Mobile Home Park, died Sunday, May 10, 1992, at Grand Strand General Hospital in Myrtle Beach. Born January 21, 1912, in Dayton, he was the son of the late Robert Dean Freeze and Mary Jane Cassel Freeze. Mr. Freeze retired from NCR in Dayton with 31 years of service. He was a member of The Church of God in Dayton and made his home in Myrtle Beach since 1984. Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Irene Tompkins Chestnut Freeze; 1 son, Robert D. Freeze of Dayton; 2 daughters, Maxine J. Freeze of San Diego, California and Elaine Cheadle of Tipp City; 1 step-son, Anthony W. Chestnut of Jacksonville, Florida; 2 step-daughters, Pamela Bassamt of Loris, South Carolina, and Kimberly L. Billet of Myrtle Beach. Ten grandchildren and one sister, Pauline Randall of Dayton. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Rogers Funeral Home, TROTWOOD, with Rev. Glen Timmons presiding. Friends may call Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Englewood. If desired, contributions may be made to Alzheimers Association in memory of Raymond."
