Geraldine Ruth Hoover, 84, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Lakeland Regional Hospital in Florida. She was born in Dallas, NC, daughter of the late Edna Thornburg and Will Thornburg.

She was survived by three sons, Bobby Scott Hoover, Donald Steven Hoover, and Edward Shawn Hoover.

She was predeceased by one son, Sheldon Ray Hoover.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held 1:00pm Saturday October 23, 2021 at the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Dallas, NC.
