Bert Lamb, 82, of Lexington, OK, died October 18, 2021 in Norman, OK, from complications due to COVID-19 virus. He was born in Salem, Utah, June 9, 1939, to Farrell Bowen and Opal Craig Lamb. He married his wife and high school sweetheart, Aleen J. Lamb, of 62 years, December 30, 1958. They had one son, Clayton J. Lamb (Ardath Beers), four daughters, Marianne, Denise (Kameron Kern), Ranae (David Winterton), Janice (Duane Spies). Bert has nineteen grand children and seven great-grand children, three sisters, Judith Martin, Debra Anderson (Richard), and Laurie Jenson (Bryan). He was a sealer in the Oklahoma City Temple. Bert was self-employed most of his life. He worked as a building contractor, owned and managed a quarter horse ranch and self-storage units. He recently qualified for an award from the American Quarter Horse Association for fifty consecutive years of breeding and registering quarter horses.

The funeral of Bert Lamb will be held Monday, October 25, at 1:00PM, at The Church of Jesus of Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4401 East Maguire Road, Noble, OK, 73068. Viewing Sunday evening from 3:00-5:00 at the Wilson-Little Funeral Home 127 S. Canadian Ave, Purcell, OK. 73080. Interment at Noble Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Kameron Kern.
