Robert "Danny" Lockhart, 68 of Minford passed away Friday, October 15, 2021 unexpectedly at home of natural causes. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Virginia Lockhart; his sister, Kathy Sue Hale, and his brother-in-law, Andy Scott.

He is survived by his fiancé, Carrie Lockhart; his children, James "Danny" Lockhart, Chasity Hudson (Erik); step daughters, Kendra King, Heather Carver; six grandchildren, Bryce, Zack, Alyssa Wright, Kaleigh Bentley, Brionna DeVine, Gabby McCormick; one great grandson, Emmerson Wright; brothers, Gary Lockhart, Carl Lockhart; sisters, Brenda Pyles (Ray), Kay Fisher (Jerry), Ginny Scott, Mary Hightower (Garry); brother-in-law, Gary Hale, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was a retired auto mechanic at Denny's Auto Sales. He loved cars and especially working on cars, going to the shooting range, and loved music and play bass guitar.
He was loved and respected by many.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Bennett Cemetery in Minford. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford.
