Larry is survived by his wife, Cynthia Gleghorn; sister, Sherry Fix and husband Timothy of Hot Springs; children: Bryson Hartsell, Calista Sinclair, and Lee Gleghorn; grandchildren: Danielle, Katlyn, Mark, Stormie, and Ashton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Larry was a devoted law enforcement officer having worked in various divisions of the Arkansas State Police including Governors Security, Narcotics, and criminal investigations. Larry concluded his law enforcement career as Caption of Troop K in Hot Springs. Larry's love and devotion to law enforcement and his fellow officers never waned.
When not on the job, Larry was an avid hunter and fisherman. Larry was a hunting guide for many years and mentored many in the sport.
Larry's wife and family would like to thank the many friends who maintained contact with him and provided love and friendship throughout his life to the very end. Know that the prayers and contacts provided enormous peace and comfort to him and his family.
Memorial service will be 1:00 PM Friday, October 22, 2021, at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home, 517 Clay St, Arkadelphia, AR.
