Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, October 16, 2021 in Alanreed Cemetery in Alanreed.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of McLean.
Patsy was born March 29, 1946 in Merkel, Texas to Claude Allen and Mary Earthman Farley. She married Carroll Loyd Garner on April 9, 1994 in Lubbock. Patsy had been a resident of Levelland the past 28 years and she loved riding horses.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Timothy Miller.
Patsy is survived by her husband, Carroll Garner of Levelland; a son, Brent Miller of Levelland; a daughter, Julie Fagundes of Waxahachie; her grandchildren, Alex Snyder, Luke Kientzle, Zoya Miller, and Amber Octavia Miller; and a great granddaughter, Violet Snyder,
