Graveside service for Mrs. Lucille Sparks will be at 10:30 am Monday, February 12, 2018, at Central Baptist Church Cemetery in Robeline, LA.

Mrs. Sparks, 97 years of age, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 in Baton Rouge, LA. She was born on January 11, 1921 to Robert and Eva Fullerton in Robeline, LA. She married Melvin Sparks on January 12, 1938 and they made their home in Natchitoches. Lucille managed American Department Store and Fabrique Fabric Store in Natchitoches for many years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family.

She was predeceased by her husband Melvin Sparks; parents Robert and Eva Fullerton; as well as 2 brothers and a sister.

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Hunt; and a son Ronnie Sparks. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Hal Hunt, Rod Hunt, Billy-Bob Hunt, Rod Hunt, Jr., Jacob Hedrick and Trey Hedrick.
