Rev. Mr. Crocker was rector of the Protestant Episcopal Church of Epiphany, 35th St. and Lexington Ave., New York, for 30 years.
He was graduated from Harvard University in 1884 with an A. B. degree and received his A. M. degree the next year. After a course in theology at the Episcopal Theological Seminary in 1888 he was ordained a deacon. Four years later he was made a priest.
He was chaplain of the 71st Regiment, New York National Guard, from 1912 to 1918 and served with the outfit on the Mexican border in 1916. He went to Camp Wadsworth, Spartanburg, S. C., with the regiment in the World War and went to France as chaplain in the 54th Pioneer Infantry, seeing action in the Argonne.
He died on April 30, 1939, in Manhattan, New York, at the age of 76, and was buried in Bronx, New York.
