On Friday, September 5, 2003 at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD. As a family we knew him as husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend, businessman and country gentleman. Beloved husband of 78 years of Nellie S. Morrison, father of Ruth E. Johnson of Annapolis and the late James L. Morrison. Grandfather of Karen L. Johnson, Brian J. Morrison, Joanne Morrison, Timothy Morrison, Kristen Holland and Gregory Morrison. Mr. Morrison is also survived by his four great-grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends. Friends will be received at PUMPHREY'S BETHESDA-CHEVY CHASE FUNERAL HOME, 7557 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda, MD on Wednesday from 12 noon until service time at 1 p.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad, 5020 Battery Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814.
