In 1900 they are living in Gonzales, Texas, and have a son Sidney M Levyson. By 1904 they are in Boerne, Kendall County, Texas owned and operating a drug store "Levysons Drug". They sell the store in 1920 and move to San Antonio where she lives on East Elmira Street for 38 years as a widow as Albert dies in 1921. She was a Charter member of the Royal Neighbor Camp the Auxiliary of Modern Woodmen and was instrumental in organizing one in Boerne while living there. This group provided insurance to women as well as was active in the women's suffrage movement and providing aid to those in need.
Isabelle's brother Berthold Stein is buried there as well.
