THOMPSON, IRENE, 60, of Sweetwater, widow of Charles "Bob" Thompson, her husband of 44 years, passed away Wednesday afternoon, September 22, 2021 at Sweetwater Hospital. She was always making others laugh and loved all her family. She is survived by children, Lisa Wallace (John), Bobby Thompson (Crystal), April Thompson (Diquan); 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Mandy Chastain, Alma Lovingood, Churchill Lindsey, Lula May Russell, Edna Thompson, Sue Hudson, and Cecil Ezell. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Ezell and Nellie Lovingood; siblings, John, Jim, Jack, Edward and Rufus Ezell and Minnie Evans. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
