Karen L. Harnish, 74, of Curwensville went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
She was born on April 25, 1947 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late James E. and Amber (Shaffer) Berry.
Mrs. Harnish was employed by Wal-Mart Distribution Center as a Back Haul Coordinator. She also worked at Curwensville State Bank, County National Bank, and Clearfield Bank and Trust.
She was Baptist by faith and was a graduate of Curwensville High School, Class of 1965. She was a leader and sponsor of Bub's Bears Midget Football and was a former Girl Scout Leader, Den Mother and a former member of the Business and Professional Leaders. Mrs. Harnish was a devoted grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Lloyd 'Bub' Harnish whom she wed December 6, 1965 in Ansonville; three children, Matthew P. Harnish and wife Danielle of Washington, PA, Mark J. Harnish and fiance Casey of Kerrmoor, and Amber J. Harnish and companion Joe of Curwensville; and seven grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Lou Moyer; and two brothers, Paul Berry and Ted Berry.
