Charles M. Frawley, 68, 238 1/2 E. Jefferson St., died at his home Saturday, following a brief illness. Born in Tipton on Jan. 15, 1914, he was the son of John and Adah Taylor Frawley. On Dec. 24, 1934, hhe married Leota King.

A former Peru, Indiana resident, he was retired from the C & O Railroad. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, a veteran of World War !!, serving in the UlS. Army, and was a member of the American Legion.

Surviving are three sons, Don Frawley of Tipton, Lanny Frawley, of St. Charles, Ill., and Jerry Frawley, of Lavenne, Arisonia; two daughters, Rose Nonn, of Bloomfield, Mo., and Jewan Ann Henson, of St. Chaires, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Ashley and Mrs. Frances Davis, of Frankfort and Mrs. Ella Bilby, of Tipton; three brothers, Arthur Frawley, of Tipton, Donald Frawley, of Muncie, and James Frawley, of Lima, Ohio; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. John's Catholic Church and burial will be in St. Joh's Cemetery.
