Carol enjoyed her family. She loved to take trips to Minnesota to spend time with her Aunties. She loved spending time playing with children and her grandson, and she was always on the go. She enjoyed talking with her girlfriends, gardening, decorating, dressing up, and visiting with her neighbors.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Dorothy Ann Cannon and Gerald C. Anderson, as well as two sisters and one brother, Mary Cribbs, Sallieann Sellers, and Robert Anderson.
Carol is survived by her children, Lesa Slaughter and husband Melvin, as well as Stephanie Williford and husband Doug; her grandchildren, Darcy Slaughter and Bailey Williford; one great-grandson; and one brother, Carl Anderson.
