Annie Ruth Clark Currin, 84, died Sunday February 2, 2014 at Granville Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Doris Clark. Annie was preceded in death by her husband Graham B. Currin, Jr. and a brother, Laddie Clark.
Annie worked at Granville Hospital as an LPN and retired from John Umstead Hospital in Butner. She was a member of Amis Chapel Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday February 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Amis Chapel Baptist Church by Rev. Terry Howard. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Surviving are two daughters, Susan C. Keller of Greenville, NC and JoAnne C. Graney (John) of Oxford; sons, R. Michael Currin (Sandra), Charles E. Currin (Gwyn) both of Oxford and David N. Currin (Tommie) of Hillsborough, NC; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 PM prior to the services in the fellowship hall of the church. At other times they will be at the home of Mike and Sandra Currin.
