James Issac George, Jr.
Jun 17, 1941 – Sep 20, 2021 (Age 80)

James Issac George, Jr., 80, of Westlake, LA passed way on September 20, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James I. and Ruth Chapman George, Sr.; and his brother, Claude Allen George.

Jim served in the U.S. Army in the early 1960's.

He spent over 30 years in the electrical supply business as an industrial salesman. His passion was for photography and videography. He spent many hours recording family and friends. Jim never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Stewart-George; sisters, Virginia Stevens of Gretna, LA and Connie (Ronny) Franklin of Orange, TX; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Ceremony will be celebrated on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Treasures of Marilyn, 3510 5th Avenue, Lake Charles, LA from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The family would like to thank everyone at Harbor Hospice for their care and kindness during this time.
