Adrian Skyler Whiteaker, age 37, a native of McMinnville, TN passed from this life on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Interstate 840 W Bound Mile Marker 267.

He was born Wednesday, November 2, 1983 in McMinnville, TN and was the son of Johnny and Gail Bond Whiteaker.

He was the husband of Stephanie Woodlee Whiteaker.

Mr. Whiteaker was employed by G I Junk Removal in McMinnville, TN and attended Plainview Baptist Church in Woodbury, TN, and was a veteran of the Iraq War in Operation Iraqi Freedom 2, highly decorated veteran. He served because he loved his country and served proudly . Skyler loved life, hiking, gardening, fishing, and loved his family.

Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Woodlee Whiteaker; children, Nolan, Braydon, and Layla Whiteaker, all of McMinnville, TN; three step-children, Alexis Oliver, Eli Woodlee, and Samara Emberton, all of McMinnville, TN; parents, Johnny and Gail Bond Whiteaker of McMinnville, TN; two brothers, Shayne and wife Jamie Whiteaker of McMinnville, TN, and Matthew Whiteaker of McMinnville, TN; sister, Shannon Ours and husband, Jason; five uncles, Rick Bond of Woodbury, TN, Jeff Bond of McMinnville, TN, Chad Bond of Lebanon, TN, Butch Whiteaker of Georgia, and Rick Whiteaker of Florida; four aunts, Jackie Holt of McMinnville, TN, Glenda Stewart of McMinnville, TN, Ann Oliver of Smyrna, TN, and Tammy Shockley of Spencer, TN; grandmother, Debra Bond of Nashville, TN; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends also survive.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Glenn Bond and Betty Munz; and paternal grandparents, Willie Whiteaker and George Whiteaker.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Pepper Branch Park McMinnville, TN at 3:00 p.m. with Jonathan Womack officiating.
