She is survived by: several cousins; and a special friend, Carol Youngman. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Henry McDowell.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 9, at Bracken Memorial Cemetery, in Brooksville, Kentucky. Memorials are suggested to a charity of choice.
