Bonnie Eiken, of Myrtle Beach, SC and formerly of Montevideo, died December 31, 2018 at Grandstrand Hospital in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Celebration of life and a time of fellowship will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at The Refuge Church in Montevideo.
Bonnie Lee (Ball) Eiken was born July 10, 1948 at Rochester, MN [Hennepin County, MN]. Her parents were Jack and Lillian Ball. She graduated from Zumbrota High School in 1966. She graduated from the University of Mankato and worked in the Montevideo School System in Special Ed during the '70s and '80s. They moved to the gulf coast of Mississippi in the early '90s and then back to Minnesota. They moved to Myrtle Beach, SC five years ago. She enjoyed playing golf, spending time with her family, and especially her grandkids.
She is survived by her husband, Mark; two children: Jeffrey and Jaime and her husband Travis Held; two grandchildren: Addison and Colton; and her brother, Craig McDonald.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
