BERNIECE B. WOODWARD
Berniece [sic] Brewer Woodward, 82, died Friday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Gladys Richards of Andover, N. H. Death was reported due to a heart attack.
Mr. Woodward was a native of Enosburg, Vt., but had lived with his son, Almon Woodward, in Fairfax, Vt. for 15 years before moving to Andover eight years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ida (Perry) Woodward, two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Richards of Andover, N. H., and Mrs. Ruby Hastings of Abbotsford, British Columbia; a son, Almon Woodward of Fairfax, Vt.; 12 grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the daughter's home. Rev. Roy Hott, pastor of the Unitarian Church, officiated. Burial took place in Proctor Cemetery.
Bearers were four grandson, Gay Richards, Manchester, N. H.,Carl and Robert Richards, Andover, N. H. and Almon Woodward, Jr. of the Naval Air Station, Patusent, Md.
