William Kenneth Bailey, 76, of Wagoner, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021. He was born August 27, 1945 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Audley Kenneth and Reba L. (Mullens) Bailey. He attended public schools and graduated from Fort Gibson High School. He was known by all his friends as Ken or Bill.
William worked as a private investigator for Senator Gene Stipe Law Firm. He was also the owner of the night club, "Brass Rail".
He enjoyed moving lawns and did his best to stay active. He will always be remembered for his story telling and making people laugh. In 2018, he began living with his daughter, Carol, to be close to her and his grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Audley and Reba Bailey.
William is survived by his daughter, Carol of Wagoner; son, Billy Bailey of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Maddison Bailey of Missouri, Camdon Bailey of Wagoner and Xander Bailey of Houston, TX; sister, Carol Wortman and husband Bruce of Washington; three nieces, Debra, Pam and Sherri; nephew, Lewis, and all their family members of Washington; cousins who were like brothers to him, Kenneth Ray Yandell and George Yandell; William's first wife and mother of his children, Carolyn Hutton; and his second wife, Jeanette Roe of Fort Gibson; along with other family members and many friends.
William will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
