Jesse L. Ronk, 88, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2002.
He was born in Clinton, IN, October 11, 1913, the son of James and Laura Grubb Ronk. He served in the US Marine Corp during World War II and had been on Tinian and Saipan. Mr. Ronk was a mason and member of JOPPA Lodge 666.
He was preceded in death by his wife Alta Mae; son John; and daughter Patricia. He is survived by son and daughter-in-law Jerry and Illona Ronk of Akron; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services 11 a.m. Wednesday at Adams-Mason Memorial Chapel, Akron, where friends may call Tuesday 6 to 8 p.m. Burial Hillside Memorial Park.
