Pearl Ellen (Thornton) Bennett, age 96, El Dorado Springs went to her heavenly home on Friday, September 3, 2021. She was born May 24, 1925 in Jerico Springs, MO, to Frank and Dosha Thornton. Pearl was married to Earnest Bennett on September 27, 1941. To this union four children was born: Tom Bennett (Pauline Bennett), Kathleen Kaye Allred (Randy Daniel), Cheryl Norman (Dave Norman), and Patty Ward (Bill Ward). She had 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 32 great great grandchildren;

Pearl was a child of the Lord and a friend to all. She had a spunky spirit and was always making people laugh. Pearl loved to read, complete puzzles, and do things for her family. She always made sure her family was taken care of first and her home was open to all. She will be greatly missed not only by her family, but by anyone who knew Pearl.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother; husband (Earnest Bennett); only brother (Jim Thornton); daughter (Kathleen Kaye Allred Daniel): and son-in-law (Dale Allred).

Graveside Services was Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Corry Cemetery, Dadeville, Missouri.
