Rochelle grew up in Rome, GA and spent her life between her beloved communities of Cave Spring, GA and Moultrie, GA. Rochelle always brought sunshine and humor everywhere she went. She was well loved by her family, church family, and within her community. She will be dearly missed, and always remembered.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Todd Howard of Cave Spring, GA; daughter, Evelyn Thomley, husband, Justin, and children, Cameron, Landon, and Madelyn Thomley, of Loxley, AL; daughter, Rebecca Ordway, husband, Jonathan, children, Jon Will, and Elana Ordway, of Columbia, MO; daughter, Hannah Simpson, husband, Adam, and children, Nathan, Bentley, Job and Luke Simpson, of Cave Spring, GA; daughter, Alexis Avery and son, Rob Avery, of Cave Spring, GA; and son, Tyler Howard, of Cave Spring, GA.
