Hazel Mae Buick, of Junction City, passed away at Geary Community Hospital on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014 at the age of 74.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at the First Baptist Church in Junction City. Pastor James Calloway will officiate. The family will have a private burial of the ashes.
Memorials may be given to Knights Templar Eye Foundation or Special Olympics. Memorials may be sent in care of the Londeen Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 429, Chapman, KS 67431.
