Patricia A. (Wise) Ashcraft, 84, died Friday, Sept. 1, 2017, in Salina.

She was born Nov. 23, 1934, in Dighton, the daughter of Roy and Erma Mae (Stein) Wise. Pat grew up attending Abilene Schools. She was married March 5, 1953, to Nelson "Sparky" Ashcraft. They lived in Solomon, Abilene, Florence, Minneapolis, Falun and Salina. Pat worked for Tony's Pizza Service for eight years. She also spent five years on the road, truck driving with her husband.

Sparky died Aug. 20, 2007. Pat was also preceded in death by a son, Steve; her parents; her brothers, Gary, Jimmie, Kay and Rex Wise; a sister, Betty Annis; and a sister-in-law, Genevieve Wise.
Pat is survived by her sons, David, Mike, Rick, Kevin and Jeff; a daughter, Lisa Gormley (Doug), all of Salina; two grandchildren, Jennifer and Steven; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 7, at Ryan Mortuary. Inurnment will follow in the Abilene Cemetery.
