Martha was born to Jess and Needa (Barnett) Alley on December 9, 1928 in Stroud, OK. Martha graduated Stroud High School.
Martha is preceded in death her husband Leonard Cushing; her son Joseph "Joey" Cushing; her parents Jess and Needa Alley; her sisters Mary Anderson and Molly Pryor and her brothers Max Alley and Scott Alley.
Martha is survived by her son Jess Alley; daughter Jane Place and husband Randy; son John Cushing and wife Patricia; daughter Jennifer Sweatt and husband Bryan; grandchildren Stephanie Gessner and husband Brian; Steven Place and wife Elizabeth; Rachael Cushing; Breanna Edwards and husband Luke; John Cushing II; Jessica and Jason Cushing; great grandchildren Bryson, Sutton, Stella, Madison and Brynlee; sister Marilyn Brown; and also, many other nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
Graveside Services were Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Stroud Cemetery.
Services were under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, OK.
