Kempton, April 6 (special) - Thomas Fister, a veteran school teacher of Lehigh county, died at his home on R.D. #1 in Kempton, of Bright's disease after being bedfast three weeks. He was 69 years, 5 months and 5 days. Deceased was a son of the late Daniel and Catherarine Grim Fister and had been a school teacher for 46 terms, teaching the greater part of the time in Lynn township. There survive the following brothers and sisters Alton, Seipstone; Reuben, New Tripoli; Samuel and Edwin, R.D. #1, Kempton; Mrs W.J. Fetherolf, Steinsville, and Mrs. Wilson Bachman, Schnecksville.
Funeral on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. Private services at the house. Public services at New Jerusalem Red Church at 2: 15. Interment in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. A.L. Brumbach will officiate. Funeral Director B.F. Danenhower, of Trexler, has charge.
