Graham Sanford Pope, age 83 of Dunn died Wednesday Morning, September 1, 2021 at his son's home in Sneads Ferry, NC.
Graham was born September 17, 1937 in Sampson County the son of the late Cornelius Sanford Pope and Annie Bell Tew Pope. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Norris Pope and a sister, Merle Pope Norris.
Mr. Pope was a loving father and grandfather. He worked hard all of his life, but in his retirement years he enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by: A Daughter: Debbie P. Lockamy & (husband) Barry of Erwin, NC. Sons: Ronnie Pope & (wife) Connie of Dunn, NC; Johnny Pope & (wife) Margo of Dunn, NC; Jeffrey Pope & (wife) Kim of Sneads Ferry, NC.
Grandchildren: Dana Davis, Jody Clark, Nicky Pope, Scott Pope, Ron Pope & Scottie Pope and 12 Great Grandchildren.
There will be a Graveside Memorial Service Sunday, September 5, 2021 at 3:00 pm in Erwin Memorial Park in Erwin.
