MARY HELEN REA (NEE WATTERS) Passed away on Thanksgiving 22 November 2007 at San Leandro Convalescent Hospital in San Leandro, Ca. She was born on 23 September 1937 in San Francisco, Ca. Mary was preceded in Death by her beloved husband Harold Thomas Rea. She is survived by her five children, Elizabeth Cabral, Cathrine Sasek, Theresa Cunningham, Anne Maish, and David Sasek, she leaves 5 grandsons, 4 granddaughters and 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving siblings, Patricia Imburgia, Kathleen Horsel, George Watters Jr., and Daniell Watters. Mary had a very deep and beautiful love for her beloved Hal and is now at peace with him. She will be lovingly remembered as a Mom who instilled a strong sense of right and wrong in her children and who molded her children into what they are today. Mary will be fondly remembered as a person who loved English and Literature. She was a devout member of St. Leander Church where she was a Lector helping serve Mass, also a Lector trainer and giving many hours as a volunteer in the church office. She was a member of the Small Christian Communities from the first day of inception. Friends and family are invited to attend the Vigil service on Wednesday November 28, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. at St. Leander Church 550 W. Estudillo Ave. San Leandro. The Funeral Liturgy will be held celebrating her life on Thursday at 7:00 P.M. also at St. Leander Church. Interment will be on Friday at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward.
