On Wednesday September 1, 2021, our dearest mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend was carried gently and peacefully into Jesus' arms; her last and heavenly home. We celebrate her overwhelming joy as she now worships God in His glorious presence. She was preceded in death by parents Lily Mae George and E.T. Kinard, sisters Nancy, Mary, Gertrude, Viola, son William Naylor Jr., and granddaughter Bailey Crisp.

She was born on February 23, 1944 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She lived in Sinton, Texas for fifteen years working as a hairdresser and raising her two daughters Kelly and Nancy. In 1976 she moved to Houston, Texas and married William. Together they raised their five children in Friendswood, Texas. She had a love for the beautiful Texas Hill Country and moved to Boerne, Texas in 2005 then to Wimberley, Texas in 2010 where she resided until her passing.

She had a passion for making all things beautiful through art, design, gardening and décor. She was lover of all animals and had many dogs, birds, donkeys and cats over the years. She found comfort in her strong Christian faith. She had a delightful imagination and sense of whimsy that brought magic to those around her. She could rival anyone in the kitchen with her southern comfort cooking. Most of all, she'll be remembered for her unconditional love and support to her family.
