Lanita Kent was an actress and model best known as one of the "Gleason Girls". She introduced segments on Jackie Gleason's "American Scene Magazine"(1965-65) and "The Jackie Gleason Show"(1966-68). She began as the "Sandy Shoes Theme Girl" in Ft. Pierce, Florida. In 1963, she was Miss Miami Press Photographer and Miss Florida World. In 1965, she was Miss Miami Beach Golden Girl. She had an uncredited role (Rose) in the Sinatra film, "Lady in Cement"(1968), and played a cocktail waitress on an episode of the TV series, "F.B.I."(1970).
