Robeson F. Bull, director of the Bank of Dayton, and a prominent farmer of this community, died at his home southwest of town. He was born April 16, 1860, on the farm on which he died which had been purchased from the government, the deed signed by John Quincy Adams, who was then President of the United States. He married Helen Pyke, Oct. 13, 1890, and she died in 1936.
He was a member of the Universalist church. He leaves four daughters, Mrs. Gretchen Brand, Lafayette; Mrs. Hazel Beeler, Lafayette, R. 5; Frances and Margaret, at home, also four sons, William, Robeson and Wilson, at home, and Jay, of Lafayette, R. 5.
Services were held in the Presbyterian church on Thursday afternoon, with Rev. W. H. Steen officiating. Burial was in Dayton cemetery.
