Karen J. Pace, 78, of Stockton, Ca, passed away on 7/28/21. Karen J. Allen was born in Davenport, Iowa, on the 14 th of May, 1943. Karen graduated from Oak Park Academy, where she sang in the choir and played the clarinet in the band. Karen and Donald were married in 1963 and are survived by their only child, Kelly Pace. Karen and Don moved to Stockton at the start of 1970, and remained there until their passing. Karen loved to sing. It had been a dream of hers to be a professional singer. She got to live a small taste of that dream being a member of the Stockton Choral and Stockton Singers for several decades. She also participated in many regional theatre productions. Karen had a vast employment resume, from managing a recycling plant, working for a cosmetic company, and finally as an Eligibility worker for San Joaquin County. Through it all, her main joy was helping those in need.
