Son of David. W. and Ann Browning Bozeman
born in Coosa county, Alabama, March 23, 1841,was a brave Confederate soldier through the war.He went out among the earliest volunteers from Alabama,at the age of 20 in the 3rd Alabama Regiment. Several wounds received in battle are the marks of honor he will carry to the grave.
He married Miss Sallie A. Pylant of Coosa county, Alabama, in the year 1866, moved to Milam county Texas, where he is engaged in farming.
He is a valuable citizen, a Democrat, and a Baptist,like most of his name.
