Mr. Nisbet died on Friday, Dec. 23rd at the Stewart Health Center. A memorial service was conducted on Thursday, December 29, 2005, at the First Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, followed by private interment. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Betty; daughters and their spouses, Elizabeth Nisbet & Craig Miller, and Lucinda & Thom Lucas; grandchildren, Casey Miller, Margaret Lucas, and Patrick Lucas; brother, Thomas Richard Nisbet, Jr. & his wife, Margaret, of Valdosta, GA; brother-in-law, Bill Coffey, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Richard & Eunice (Robinson) Nisbet, and his sister, Pauline Coffey. The Harry & Bryant Company assisted the family with the arrangements.
