Have not found other reference. Ancestry suggests possibility he is the Albert H.Skeen, age 7 found in Carter KY, son of James and Ann Skeen. Since Albert in 1920 indicated he was born in MO, it is unlikely he is same person.
Almost all records from the Henry County Poor Farm were lost when moving them to the Henry COunty Historical Society from the Court House.

Grant was born in IL, son of Henry W. and Georgia Skeen, whose other children included James, William, Charles, Miles, Ellen, William T. Grant was living in Henry Co MO in 1930, near where Abb/Albert? was living in 1920 and died in 1925.
