Mr. Madden of Skamokawa, died on Monday last. Age 58 years, 1 month and 26 days. The funeral service was held on Tuesday, Rev. John Tonkins conducting the service, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Middle Valley cemetery. He was sick only 8 hours.
Deceased was a member of the ODD Fellows Lodge, and was well liked in this community. He leaves a wife and three children to mourn his loss.
