Aaron Joseph Avila, 13, of Weatherford, Texas, beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, and nephew, passed from this life on Monday August 9, 2021.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 12 Noon, on Sunday, August 15, at his home at 4720 Tin Top Road, in Weatherford, Texas.
Aaron was born on March 13, 2008, in Escondido, California to Michell Walz and Joseph Avila. He became a hero and donated his organs to save others. Aaron will affectionately be remembered for his kind and funny personality and for his sense of adventure! He enjoyed outdoor activities including shooting guns and playing football. He was proud of his Bearded Dragon! Additionally, he enjoyed food and playing with his X-Box. Most of all, Aaron loved and was much loved by his family! He loved spending time with his family - particularly his brother and best friend, Devin, his sisters, and his cousins.
Aaron is survived by his parents, Michell and Chad Walz and Joseph and Christina Avila; his siblings, Devin Avila, Teresa Avila, Molly Walz, Mackenzie Gomez, Trinity Gomez, and Kelaiah Baza; his God-parents, Uncle and Auntie Sara; grandparents, Honey and Papa, Mario Avila, Deborah and Mike Searing, and Grandma and grandpa Gomez; and by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
