Enoch Franklin Logan was born October 8, 1848; died March 14th, 1924. He was married to Sophronia Harris October 15, 1874. To this union six children were born, three of whom with their mother have long since passed to their reward. The three surviving are: Mrs. Rosa Taylor of Tamaroa, Mrs. Carrie Reidelberger and John A. Logan, who lived in the vicinity of their father. In 1889 he was married to Wilhelmina Luebben, who lived only a few months of married life.

Mr. Logan's third and last marriage was to Miss Cora Gregory, daughter of Jas. F. Gregory, on April 9th, 1894, who with their only daughter, Naomi, survive.

Besides those mentioned Mr. Logan is survived by one brother, Wm. John Logan, twenty-one grand children and many great grand children.

Mr. Logan had been in failing health for the past two years, but had only been confined to his bed for about one week, when death relieved him. His suffering at times was so intense that he often prayed for the Lord to take him out of his suffering, assuring his family that he was ready and willing to go.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Cross Baptist church, conducted by Rev. R. A. Morris of this city. Interment in the Cross cemetery.
