She was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, to William Jefferson and Jewell Dealy (Monk) Suddeth. She spent her school years in Moscow, Kan., moving to Oklahoma after she married Buddy Croslin on Nov. 2, 1956, in Dalhart, Texas. She enjoyed her family, reading, embroidering and old folks. She was a registered nurse and throughout her career worked in hospitals in Fort Smith, Ark., Harlingen, Texas, and Colorado, while traveling with her husband until retiring from the Sequoyah County Health Department. She was a resident of Tishomingo and died in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 65. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bob Suddeth.
