Our precious dad and Papaw, Travis Benjamin Britt peacefully passed from this life into the waiting arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ On July 27, 2021.

Travis was born January 8, 1930 in Fort Worth, Texas to T.B. and Rubye Britt. He was a loving, devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved his family and he loved his Lord Jesus and faithfully attended and greeted at church with his wife, Jimmie, for many years at Grace Works-Southwest Christian Fellowship and before that Bethel Temple. He was a life long award winning
lumberman owning successful lumberyards in Kennedale
and Fort Worth.

Travis was preceded in death by his first wife, Arline Britt, his second wife, Jimmie Britt, his son, Truett Britt, his grand daughters, Mandy Hale, Krisha Blackwell and Michelle Ojeda and grandson, Scott King.

Graveside service: 10:30 AM, Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Emerald Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd., Kennedale, Texas.

Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park Cemetery

Survivors: daughters Patricia Hale, Karen Grazier, Sheri Milliman, Rana Sherrick and Debbie Britt; son, Joseph Skipworth and wife Diana: 18 grandchildren, 34 great grand children, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
