Rowena Dashwood Arthur was interred in Evergreen Cemetery upon her death in 1965. A memorial plate to her was added to the gravesite of her husband, Chester A. Arthur II, at Albany Rural Cemetery in Menards, Albany County, New York, but it is doubtful that her remains were reinterred there.
